Privacy policy

This page is for tradedispatch.app (the product hub) and for shops we host on *.tradedispatch.app. Shop owners who self-host Trade Dispatch on their own WordPress site control that site’s privacy policy.

Shop requests on this hub

When you use Start a shop we store your business name, city, state, requested subdomain, admin email, trade, and template pack so we can provision the site. Staff can see those requests under TDSB Hub → Shop requests.

Payments

If checkout is enabled, Stripe processes the hosted-shop payment. We send Stripe your admin email, shop slug, request id, pack, and trade. We do not store your full card number. Stripe’s terms and privacy: Stripe terms · Stripe privacy.

Hosted shops

A hosted shop is a WordPress site on your subdomain. Trade Dispatch (Free and Pro) store customers, jobs, estimates, notes, and related records on that site. You are the business that collects that data. We host the site and can access it to keep it running, restore backups, or handle abuse.

SMS and text messaging

Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. (doing business as Breland Computer Services / Trade Dispatch) may send transactional SMS related to Trade Dispatch. Typical messages include estimate ready notices, invoice links, field quotes, and job-related updates. We do not use this program for unrelated marketing blasts.

Phone numbers are collected when a customer or shop provides them (for example on a web form, booking/estimate request, or during job intake) and only after SMS consent is given. Consent checkboxes are not pre-checked. Message frequency varies by job activity (typically a few messages per service engagement). Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. You may also contact us using the support link below to update or remove your number. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service relationship with the shop.

We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes the destination phone number and message content to deliver texts on our behalf. Twilio’s terms and privacy: Twilio Terms · Twilio Privacy.

Trade Dispatch Tech

The companion app stores an Application Password on the device and talks to the shop WordPress site you connect. Job photos and optional location are sent to that shop, not to a separate Trade Dispatch cloud account. Product privacy: https://tradedispatch.app/privacy-policy.

Sign in with Apple

On iOS you can Sign in with Apple instead of a shop username and website password. Apple authenticates you and the selected shop verifies Apple’s identity token (RS256 or ES256) using Apple’s public keys. The shop may receive your name, email (or an Apple Hide My Email private-relay address), and Apple’s user identifier so it can create or link a WordPress crew account on that shop. Sign in with Google

On Android you can Sign in with Google instead of a shop username and website password. Google authenticates you and the selected shop verifies Google’s identity token (RS256) using Google’s public keys. The shop may receive your name, verified email, and Google user identifier so it can create or link a WordPress crew account on that shop.
