How a hosted shop works.
A shop is a WordPress site on your subdomain. You keep the data. We host it and install Trade Dispatch.
What do I get?
A WordPress site at your-slug.tradedispatch.app with Trade Dispatch Free and Pro, a trade-specific theme, booking, a customer portal, and an app-connect page for field techs.
How long does it take?
After we start provisioning, most shops are ready in a few minutes. We email you the shop URL, WordPress admin, and /app/connect. Do not open the address until that email arrives.
Can I see a shop first?
Yes. Greenline Lawn Co. is the first live shop: greenline.tradedispatch.app.
Hosted vs my own WordPress
Hosted shops live on *.tradedispatch.app. You can also run the plugins on a WordPress site you already pay for. The free office plugin is in WordPress.org review — we will publish the directory link when it is live. Pro is licensed separately from landtechwebdesigns.com.
Payment
When checkout is live, you pay Stripe for the hosted shop. The current fee is on Pricing. There is no App Store in-app purchase for a WordPress shop. Until checkout is live, request a shop and we provision it.
Trade Dispatch Tech
The companion app is optional. Techs sign in through the shop /app/connect page. The app talks to your shop over Pro — not a separate Trade Dispatch cloud account.
