Privacy policy

This page is for tradedispatch.app (the product hub) and for shops we host on *.tradedispatch.app. Shop owners who self-host Trade Dispatch on their own WordPress site control that site’s privacy policy.

Shop requests on this hub

When you use Start a shop we store your business name, city, state, requested subdomain, admin email, trade, and template pack so we can provision the site. Staff can see those requests under Tools → Shop requests.

Payments

If checkout is enabled, Stripe processes the hosted-shop payment. We send Stripe your admin email, shop slug, request id, pack, and trade. We do not store your full card number. Stripe’s terms and privacy: Stripe terms · Stripe privacy.

Hosted shops

A hosted shop is a WordPress site on your subdomain. Trade Dispatch (Free and Pro) store customers, jobs, estimates, notes, and related records on that site. You are the business that collects that data. We host the site and can access it to keep it running, restore backups, or handle abuse.

Trade Dispatch Tech

The companion app stores an Application Password on the device and talks to the shop WordPress site you connect. Job photos and optional location are sent to that shop, not to a separate Trade Dispatch cloud account. Product privacy: https://tradedispatch.app/privacy-policy.
